First Time User?

• You can access the site through the intranet via single sign on by clicking here.

• You can also access the site outside of the Juniper network by entering your full Juniper email address e.g. [email protected] and your password received in the My Benefits welcome email. Please note that any links to the intranet will not work.

• If you are accessing the site outside of the Juniper network, you will be prompted to create a new password and provide answers to five security questions. The logon name and password you use when logging in via the Juniper network will continue to be your normal Juniper login details.

• If you forget your password, click on 'Forgot Password.' You will be prompted to answer your security questions and be able to create a new password.
